I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by the good folks over at The Next Level Guy. Here are the 10 questions I was asked:
1) Can you tell me about your journey from normal dude to Bond guru? What started your journey on living your life like 007? Was there a defining moment that caused it? How has becoming more like James Bond affected your life for the better/worse?
2) What is it about the James Bond character that you feel makes him such a great role model for men?
3) What three tips would you give to the Average Joe to begin their transformation and become more Bond like?…

Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan hosts an annual Presidents Ball, in which we celebrate our schools excellence and honor those involved. The chosen theme this year was 007. When I first heard of this I was ecstatic, I am a major James Bond/Daniel Craig fan so I knew that this event was perfect for me.
I began by going to a local barbershop for men and requesting The Daniel Craig as advised by David Zaritsky in his YouTube series. The style looked great so next I purchased my very first tuxedo, I went with, The Ultimate Secret Agent Package from My Tuxedo Direct, the brand of the Tuxedo is Alexander Dobell, it came in a great package with everything you need and the customer service is phenomenal, it fits into the frugal Bond lifestyle at just over $100 for the whole package and it is supported by the 007 brand!…

Greetings to all of the followers of the Bond Experience from your fitness/fashion model Thomas Newhard. Now that the holidays have came to a close, I’m sure most are now looking forward to the warmer months of spring and summer.
I wrote almost a year ago about my first James Bond workout and how to obtain that lean muscular look just as Daniel Craig managed to do throughout his series of Bond movies. It takes a lot of dedication and effort to do the schedule I had originally wrote up for fellow fans.
In an effort to make it more suitable for the working men and women of the world who cannot live in the gym while having to be at work on an 8 hour day/night or more, I have spent much time coming up with a few different variations.…
Recently my wife entered a competition for the chance to meet Richard Kiel and Honour Blackman (aka Jaws and Pussy Galore) at the Bond in Motion exhibition at the national motor museum Beaulieu. Amazingly we won and on the appointed day we found ourselves and another lucky winner waiting for a VIP meeting with the stars. We were lucky enough to have about 15 minutes with them just talking and having our photos taken with them.
Richard is a lovely person and talked with my two young daughters about his part in their favorite kids animation Tangled, giving them both a signed still from the film.…

Like many Bond fans I’ve been looking for the original Skyfall Scotland jacket for the better part of the last year. After searching for and reading about sizes, costs and availability I had resigned myself to not being able to secure the jacket. Then, the Commander B version came out. Most of your followers now know that this version is nearly identical but with new branding and sans detachable hood. Still, same great material and styling. I decided to get it and completed the purchase from End Clothing.
Many eBay sellers mentioned to “size up.” I normally very comfortably wear a Large, mainly due to upper body and shoulders, and often I deal with a slightly baggy middle.…
